What it is

This is Virtue RF microneedling followed immediately by an exosome preparation applied to the treated skin. The microchannels created by the needles allow the preparation to reach past the surface barrier, which is why the two are done together. We hold two preparations. Exonature carries 200 billion exosomes derived from Korean Panax ginseng and edelweiss flower, with a boosting solution of PDRN, amino acids, minerals, vitamins and glutathione. Exo-HL carries 200 billion biomimetic and edelweiss derived exosomes, with an activating solution of peptides, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, vitamins and ubiquinone. Both preparations are applied to the skin. Neither is injected.

Who it is for

Suitable if you have early laxity, uneven texture, enlarged pores or acne scarring and want the regenerative element alongside the radiofrequency. The device is cleared for use on Fitzpatrick skin types I to V. Not suitable if you are pregnant, have an active skin infection in the area, or have a pacemaker or another implanted electrical device.

What to expect

Topical anaesthetic is applied and left to work before treatment. The radiofrequency microneedling is performed first, then the exosome preparation is applied to the treated skin. Afterwards expect redness and warmth for twenty four to forty eight hours and fine pinpoint marking that fades over a few days.

Results

Firming and texture change develop as new collagen forms over the weeks and months following a course. The exosome preparation supports the skin's repair in the days immediately afterwards, and the choice between Exonature and Exo-HL is made on what your skin needs rather than offered as an upgrade.
